Mixing
Refer to the bag for how much water the plaster requires. Add the dry material into the water and mix with a power mixer or a drill paddle for around four to five minutes. Let the plaster stand for around ten minutes and mix it again for a short while. Find the correct consistency at this stage by gradually adding the rest of the water. We do not recommend adding all of the water right at the start. The finished plaster remains workable for several days, if water evaporation from the plaster is prevented.
Work instructions
The lowest working temperature is +5°C. The temperature of the bricks must be above +5°C and the mortar above +10°C. Lay the bricks with ca. 1-2 mm joint thickness.
After treatment
The plaster binds chemically in room temperature and ceramically at a temperature of around +700°C. Before taking the structure into use, allow it to dry 2-3 weeks with all hatches and dampers open. Perform the first, careful heating with a heater blower, for example. Next 3 to 5 days, heat carefully with a small fire. Leave the hatches and dampers open after each drying heating.
